Welcome! Nolan looks forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.

If booking a bodywork session, please arrive clean without using lotion or salve on your skin. This allows us to work more effectively with your body’s fascia.

For yoga and movement, please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes that allow for active movement.

After booking, you should receive an email with more details to prepare you for your session.
